Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 21 days after the products are confirmed to have arrived. In order to claim a return, the products must be in original condition and be unused. One of the other requirements is that we need your proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation.

The return costs are for the customer. We recommend using a trackable or insured delivery method. The Card Acropolis is not responsible for any damaged or lost items during the return process.

Once your products have been received by us, one of our employees will review your products. Once approved, we will refund your money within 5 working days.

Customers could only receive a refund in cases where a replacement is not possible because the product is no longer in stock.
