Shipping and Delivering Policy

Shipping within Europe
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days. During high peak seasons, such as new product launches, processing times may be longer. If your order is not processed within 5 working days, please contact us so we can assist you.
The estimated delivery times are 3-7 working days. If your product has not arrived after 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you.
We currently ship to EU member states only. We hope to expand to additional countries soon.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
The Card Acropolis is not responsible for delays caused by:
· Carrier disruptions
· Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
· Customs inspections??
Damaged or lost items
When your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our form. If your shipment doesn’t arrive, please contact us and send us your expected delivery date so we can start an investigation with our courier.
If a product is confirmed lost, then we will make sure you get your replacement. Any damage to the outside packaging is not replaceable or refundable.
